• Knowing how busy life is today, Keystone Custom Built Homes offers you an initial visit at no cost or obligation to you. We meet with you at your building site, home, business or wherever YOU choose. We will discuss what you would like to build, and we will give you general information about your project, including possible costs. Our meeting will also offer you the opportunity to meet us and to see if you are interested in what Keystone Custom Built Homes has to offer.
  
  
• At Keystone Custom Built Homes, we can work with your prints. If you have none, we can help you design a home and draw working prints that match your budget.
  
  We do have prints that we have built from in the past, but each is detailed to each clients needs, and, as such, they may not match your wants and needs. To date, we have not built any two homes alike.
  
  We do not have any standard prints to build by. We would rather encourage you to design a home to fit your needs.
  
  
• We at Keystone Custom Built Homes, unlike most builders, have no standard materials list. That saves you the irritation of what amount to hidden charges. You tell us what you want; we tell you what it costs.
  
  
• At Keystone Custom Built Homes we live by the words Custom & Quality! It is demanded of all our trades and suppliers. The trades that work with us know we have higher standards as a company. • When Keystone Custom Built Homes builds your home, we try to make it as simple as possible. We will draw your prints (if needed), and provide you with a complete cost breakdown and contract to take to your bank. Once your money is secured, we will handle the project from surveyor to completed home. This is what is called turn key.
  
  During the construction process, you will make your selections for such things as cabinets, tops, floor coverings, lighting, interior finishes, etc. We encourage you to visit your site as often as you like. In addition, we will pre-arrange meetings at your site as the need arises for discussion, question, and answer sessions.
  
  
• At Keystone Custom Built Homes, we realize that the office work, the paperwork, is at times the most important part of building a home. Tracking all of the particulars of what a home is supposed to have on or in it, all of the custom selections being made, and making sure that all of the correct materials are delivered in a timely fashion, is no minor issue. In addition, there is a needed eye to the budget, and the need to keep you, the customer, updated on all of these issues and more. That's where our office staff comes in. Be assured and quality is as important to our administrative staff as it is to us, your builders.
  
  
• We want you to know that in addition to all that we have mentioned, we also "hire out" as superintendents for other construction jobs, and we do commerical work, too. Finally, if there is a service that needs doing within the construction field, we probably do it or know someone who does. Ask us.
