Thank you for your interest in the “Preserve” at Harper Valley. We have seven very distinctive 2-acre plus lots available.

 

Our parcel includes almost ninety acres of woods with nearly a mile of river front. A three hundred foot conservation easement setback has been established along the eastern property line beginning at the river’s center and ending at the rear lot lines on the east side of the street. This is designed to protect the pristine beauty of the Grand River for all to appreciate.

Walking trails are planned throughout the Preserve for all our residents to enjoy. And all this secluded beauty is within a mile of I-90 access and the real world.

 

Underground utilities (gas, electric, water, phone and cable) are planned for each lot. Acces to the Preserve is via a 1/3-mile, dedicated township road. Septic systems are required and are not included in the lot pricing.

 

Upon road completion, the lots will be staked and deeds prepared. A lot plan showing lot numbers, shape, and approximate size is available. Contact us for details.

 

Although exact pricing will not be available until the road is completed, we expect to price the lots in the 70s.
